Session: Python for Geospatial Data & Analytics session deals with the use open-source tools in Python to access and use geospatial data in Python to study various phenomena in urban setting. This session is part of Utilizing Urban Digital Twin in Smart City Context FinEst PhD School workshop held in Tallinn 25.1.2023.

After participating in the event:

• you know some of the core libraries in Python to work with geospatial data (e.g. geopandas)

• you understand the basic workflow for retrieving data via APIs to Python
